We understand that planning an event can be time-consuming, so we will pencil in your date for up to five working days while you complete your booking form and secure your reservation.

If you have booked a trial, we will discuss your event, photo inspiration, and any personal touches you would like to include. We will also review your event timeline, including where you need to be and when, so that we can tailor our service around your schedule. Our goal is for you to feel relaxed, pampered, and stress-free on the day.

For clients who book our Shimmer or Sparkle packages, we will create a personalised timetable and share it with you via WhatsApp a few weeks before your event. We recommend creating a group chat with your bridal party or prom party so that everyone is aware of their allocated time slot and can contact us directly with any questions.

We tailor our kit and products to suit your individual needs. We use hypoallergenic products wherever possible and follow strict industry hygiene guidelines. If you or any member of your party has allergies or sensitivities, we will ensure suitable alternative products are available to help prevent reactions.

Finally, our services can be provided at our salon in Billericay, in the comfort of your own home, or at your chosen venue. We also love capturing photos of your finished look, which may be featured on our social media channels. Where possible, we will tag all vendors who have helped bring your vision to life.
